Having been directly involved in shipping for 45 years, with the last 20 years recruiting for the leading shipping companies Worldwide, David brings a level of knowledge and understanding of the Global maritime business to the recruitment sector that is second to none.
Following a 10-year sea phase with an Oil Major David entered the ship management sector heading up training and recruitment, leading to senior Crew Manager roles. The decision to start an independent Recruitment and Administration business in Liverpool with Ania was the beginning of the current adventure.

From a Polish seafaring family Ania has throughout her career been directly involved in the maritime industry. Her exceptional attention to detail coupled with her organisational skills and incredible enthusiasm, has allowed her to guide and work with her Client’s crewing departments, improving and streamlining their operations, providing support and assistance where and when required. Ania has also on request taken over the management of all marine administration duties for a range of Clients. With a current pool of 500 administered seastaff her highly experienced international marine administration team has shown time and again the high value of her very focussed approach to marine administration matters.
The close monitoring of all aspects of the administration function in the maritime sector has provided her Clients with exceptional cost savings and exposure to better operational procedures, improving efficiency and performance to all associated departments.
